About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Lead to join our EMEA team at Niantic. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional product marketing strategies to drive growth, increase retention, and build user happiness for our mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Country Marketing Managers in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy to develop and execute regional product marketing strategies.
  • Adapt global product positioning to ensure marketing initiatives are reflective of cultural and behavioral nuances.
  • Define and implement go-to-market, engagement, and retention strategies in close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external collaborators, both regionally and with distributed global teams.
  • Analyze and interpret product and marketing metrics to suggest improvements or revised marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Educational background in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in F2P/freemium businesses on mobile.
  • Experience of directly leading teams of agile, high-performing product marketers.
  • Experience with highly cross-functional teams and the ability to lead complex projects with multiple partners and priorities across time zones.
