JT Recruit is seeking a skilled Tenancy Support Officer to provide temporary assistance to our public sector client. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new tenants in setting up tenancies and providing ongoing support and advice to existing tenants as needed. Key responsibilities include assisting with lettings, following up with new tenants, and providing tenancy support and advice to existing tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality housing services, working with vulnerable residents, and managing a demanding caseload. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under their own direction, and a good understanding of housing law and good housing practice. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work in partnership with external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable households. **Key Responsibilities:**
