Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Workshop/Maintenance Technician specializing in subsea technologies to enhance our Subsea team.

Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, along with diagnosing and repairing subsea equipment, adhering to established quality and certification standards.
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment as necessary.
  • Operate forklifts for the safe movement, loading, and unloading of equipment, provided the necessary qualifications are held.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and prepare documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report incidents and non-conformances according to established protocols.
  • Maintain job packs and submit them to the foreman/supervisor at the end of each work period.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and stores to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss safety, maintenance updates, and operational requirements.
  • Utilize Stop Work Authority and engage in the Positive Intervention Programme.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and workspace.
  • Provide guidance and basic training to technicians as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and operations personnel to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical Qualification required.
  • Extensive experience in workshop environments, preferably with subsea equipment.
