As a Senior Subcontracts Specialist, you will be part of our Supply Chain Management Group, responsible for all procurement and subcontracting activities across Subsea 7, particularly for our Offshore Wind Projects.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in Subcontracts and Procurement Management, Project Management, Commercial Management, Contracts / Claims, and Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent commercial analysis skills, with the ability to incorporate technical evaluations from various disciplines.
  • Experience in supplier performance evaluations and lessons learned reports.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate Variation Orders and amendments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in a technical, commercial, or legal discipline.
  • Experience working in a project management role, preferably in the energy industry, with a strong involvement in SCM and subcontract processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to converse in English at a high level.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP, preferably in Ariba.
