Job Summary:

The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peace Partnership Officer to support the operational delivery of the VSS PEACEPLUS Partnership. This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VSS PEACEPLUS Partnership Manager in the operational delivery of the partnership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress against key outcomes.
  • Analyse complex financial and non-financial information to produce recommendations for management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, partners, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate team activities and provide staff management support as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths)
  • Minimum of 3 years practical project or programme management experience
  • Practical experience of developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes
  • Experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management
  • Experience of drafting operating manuals and instructions
  • Experience in staff management and/or coordinating team activities
