At The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEACE PLUS Partnership Officer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the VSS PEACE PLUS Partnership Manager in the operational delivery of the VSS PEACE PLUS Partnership, ensuring the successful delivery of the VSS PEACE PLUS project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the VSS PEACE PLUS Partnership strategy and operational plan.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including monitoring and evaluation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the VSS PEACE PLUS Partnership Manager, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths).
  • Minimum of 3 years' practical project or programme management experience.
  • Practical experience of developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
  • Experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.
  • Experience of drafting operating manuals, including instructions and guidance on processes and procedures.
  • Experience in staff management and/or coordinating team activities.
