Job Title: Peace Plus Partnership Officer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peace Plus Partnership Officer to join our team at The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the VSS Peace Plus Partnership Manager in the operational delivery of the VSS Peace Plus Partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VSS Peace Plus Partnership Manager in the operational delivery of the VSS Peace Plus Partnership.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the VSS Peace Plus project.
  • Develop and implement effective Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks to track progress against key outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community groups, partners, and other organizations.
  • Analyze complex financial and non-financial information to produce recommendations for management.
  • Develop and maintain operating manuals, including instructions and guidance on processes and procedures.
  • Provide staff management and coordination of team activities.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent (including English and Maths).
  • Minimum of 3 years practical project or programme management experience.
  • Practical experience of developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
  • Experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of analyzing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.
  • Experience of drafting operating manuals including instructions and guidance on processes and procedures to be followed.
  • Experience in staff management and/or co-ordinating team activities.
