Position Overview:

We are in search of a Product Owner to become a vital part of our Information Technology Services Team.

The Role:

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a strong inclination towards agile practices and enterprise solutions? We are looking for a dedicated and seasoned Senior Product Owner to integrate into our Business Systems team.

This role presents a distinctive chance to make a significant impact in a collaborative, team-focused environment, executing requirements and managing maintenance tasks for our tailored project pipeline management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Development:

  • Crafting detailed project roadmaps.
  • Collecting and articulating comprehensive requirements.
  • Creating and overseeing development tickets for each sprint, ensuring alignment with requested features and user needs.
  • Prioritizing backlog items based on value delivery.

Design, Development, and Support:

  • Engaging in the design, development, and support of internal applications, primarily within agile scrum frameworks.
  • Building strong relationships with client groups.
  • Utilizing existing systems and processes to guarantee seamless integration.

Issue Resolution:

  • Collaborating closely with end-users and IT staff to swiftly and effectively resolve system-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile scrum environments, preferably on projects centered around HR and employee performance management solutions.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, planning and executing scrum ceremonies, developing product roadmaps, and drafting development tickets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
