Priory Adult Care is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Aire House, a residential service in Harrogate.

At Priory Adult Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to adults with learning disabilities. Our aim is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives within a supportive and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. You will work closely with individuals to assist them with their daily living activities, promote independence, and encourage social inclusion.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support tailored to each resident's needs and preferences.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction and engagement in activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals involved in the resident's care.
About You

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential. A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others is paramount.
