About the Role:
The Project Secretary plays a crucial role in the establishment, management, and distribution of project deliverables across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the project client team
  • Drafting, transcribing, and producing reports and correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements
  • Attending meetings and addressing client inquiries
  • Offering logistical assistance
  • Facilitating travel bookings
  • Managing PPE orders for the project
  • Updating CVs
  • Completing and tracking necessary PAF documentation and approvals
  • Providing reception coverage as needed, including during lunch breaks


In addition to the responsibilities outlined, the employee may be tasked with other ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor or management.

These tasks will align with the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization, allowing for flexibility in meeting the evolving needs of the company.

All assignments will be considered in light of the employee's current workload and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to perform tasks independently and within established timelines and budgets
  • Capacity to utilize initiative, knowledge, and experience to identify and address opportunities and challenges as they arise
  • Familiarity with PAF processes and documentation is preferred

Education and Training:

  • Experience in an engineering environment as a Project Secretary is preferred
