About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Non-Marine Placing Broker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing a variety of Non Marine risks into the Lloyd's and company markets, building relationships with insurers and clients, and acting as a point of referral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent day-to-day service to clients and place Non Marine risks into the Lloyd's and company markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Act as a point of referral for clients and insurers.
  • Organize and manage cover for Non Marine property, liability, CAR, and other related risks.
  • Produce risks and travel internationally as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Placing Broker placing International Non Marine Property and Liability risks, ideally gained from a small to medium Lloyd's Broker.
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required.
  • Energy and appetite to develop and progress, with the ability to work independently.
