Client Services Coordinator at Schroders

We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our esteemed firm of Chartered Financial Planners. The primary responsibility will be to assist our Financial Planners in providing exceptional advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments for Advisors Greeting visitors Establishing new contracts & processing applications in accordance with FCA regulations Drafting and dispatching letters of authority and collecting policy information for research Entering and updating client information in our internal CRM system Preparing business documentation for Advisors Managing compliance paperwork Conducting mail merges for client communications Performing general administrative tasks Submitting business on the Fusion Platform Utilizing spreadsheets for data management Updating client valuations Inputting risk assessment questionnaires Drafting client reports Organizing annual reviews and coordinating appointments

Required Qualifications & Experience

Previous administrative experience in Financial Services is advantageous Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles is a plus R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications or a desire to qualify is preferred Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Proficient in Excel
