Key Responsibilities

  • Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments for Advisors
  • Greeting visitors
  • Setting up new contracts and processing applications in accordance with FCA regulations
  • Drafting and dispatching letters of authority and collecting policy information for research
  • Inputting and updating client information in our internal CRM system
  • Preparing business documentation for Advisors
  • Managing compliance paperwork
  • Conducting mail merges for client communications
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Submitting business on our internal platform
  • Utilizing spreadsheets for data management
  • Updating client valuations
  • Inputting risk assessment questionnaires
  • Drafting client reports
  • Organizing annual reviews and coordinating appointments

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience in Financial Services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles is a plus
  • R01, FA1, FA2 qualifications or a desire to qualify is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
