Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Office Manager to join our team at Connells Group Legal Services. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors and managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence for solicitors and managers.
- Maintain accurate records of opened files and cases in the department.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to the privacy/GDPR team.
- Set up and manage TEAMS and ZOOM calls for solicitors and managers.
- Perform office management tasks, including fire alarm testing, parking rota, and office supplies ordering.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, and take messages for solicitors and managers.
- Perform other office routines as required.
