Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at St. James's Place. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery across internal teams, managing incidents, and driving service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee service delivery across internal teams to ensure end-to-end service standards are met.
  • Manage priority incidents and associated communications to minimize impact on our customers.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues with our suppliers and support providers.
  • Develop and implement support processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Design and deliver Management Information (MI) to support service management decision-making.
  • Chair and attend Problem Management meetings to drive issue resolution.
  • Develop and manage knowledge to support the Service Desk and SJP Business.
  • Investigate root causes of complex issues and escalate to resolving teams for timely resolution.
Requirements
  • General understanding of technical principles with an ability to understand service management implications of new technologies.
  • Good spreadsheet skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Resilient and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Qualifications
  • IT Service Desk experience and background in ITIL and IT Service Management.
  • Knowledge of formal methodologies in IT service delivery, project, and change management.
  • Experience of incident management principles and data networking.
