Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and updated in our ERP system.
- Warranty Claims: Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using ERP systems a plus.
