Customer Service Administrator Opportunity
We are working with a well-established business that offers luxury services to clients and are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day administration duties, ensuring seamless operations.
- Liaise with clients, responding to enquiries, and compiling confirmation documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Organize payments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an office environment, sales support, or administration.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
