Customer Service Administrator Opportunity

We are working with a well-established business that offers luxury services to clients and are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day administration duties, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Liaise with clients, responding to enquiries, and compiling confirmation documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Organize payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an office environment, sales support, or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
