General Practitioner - Salaried Position

We are seeking dedicated General Practitioners for a challenging yet fulfilling role.

Compensation ranges from £10,500 to £11,550 per clinical session, reflecting our commitment to fair remuneration.

We offer opportunities for growth in specialized fields, with a strong emphasis on developing a diverse portfolio of work:

  • Standard 15-minute consultations (available via phone, in-person, acute, or routine).
  • GP-led comprehensive triage system.
  • Appointment capacity is capped to ensure the well-being of our staff.
  • Newly qualified GPs are exempt from duty sessions for the initial 6 months.
  • A reduced number of GP visits due to a dedicated team of advanced practitioners.
  • Prescription management handled by our medicines optimization team.
  • Reserved appointments for mentoring other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Standard BMA contract that includes time for professional development.
  • Assigned GP partner mentor with regular performance reviews.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including reimbursement for GMC and indemnity fees, a signing bonus for newly qualified GPs (covering one attempt of the AKT and SCA/RCA), and access to a Well-being Plan that allows for reimbursement of certain health-related expenses such as optical, dental, and physiotherapy treatments.
