We are seeking dedicated General Practitioners for a challenging yet fulfilling position.

Compensation ranges from £10,500 to £11,550 per clinical session, reflecting recent enhancements.

We offer opportunities for growth in specialized fields, with a strong commitment to portfolio development:

  • Standardized 15-minute consultations (available via phone, in-person, acute, or routine).
  • Comprehensive triage system led by GP partners.
  • Appointment capacity is capped to safeguard our workforce.
  • Newly qualified practitioners are exempt from duty sessions for the initial 6 months.
  • A reduced number of GP visits, supported by a dedicated team of advanced practitioners.
  • Prescription management handled by our medicines optimization team.
  • Blocked appointment slots available for mentoring other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contract adheres to BMA standards, including time for professional development.
  • Each GP is paired with a designated partner mentor for regular evaluations.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including reimbursement for GMC and indemnity fees, signing bonuses for newly qualified GPs (covering one attempt of the AKT and SCA/RCA), and membership in a Well-being Plan that allows reimbursement for certain health-related expenses such as optical, dental, and physiotherapy treatments.
