We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our local Commercial team has experienced significant growth over the past 14 years, now comprising over 200 professionals across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients, ranging from sole proprietors to the executives of large organizations, while collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

About you:

You will possess experience in acquiring new business and fostering enduring relationships with B2B clients. A passion for business development through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client interactions is essential – the stronger our market presence, the more successful you will be. You will be driven and possess a natural curiosity for business, enabling you to identify and pursue new opportunities for the best outcomes for our clients. A willingness to learn is crucial, as each day will present new challenges. You are consultative, possess effective questioning skills, and are an active listener, taking the time to thoroughly understand client needs and advise on products and solutions – always seeking opportunities while focusing on a 'path to yes.'
