We are excited to present excellent opportunities for Support Workers to become part of our dedicated team at our registered complex care facilities in Pickering. In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering specialized care services to individuals with intricate health requirements, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost quality and compassion.

Isabella Court is a welcoming 8-bed residential support facility located near the heart of Pickering. We provide 24-hour assistance to 8 individuals facing profound and multiple learning disabilities along with complex health and mobility challenges.

Grayling is a cozy 4-bed residential support establishment situated in a tranquil village just outside of Pickering. We offer round-the-clock support for 3 individuals who have learning disabilities, epilepsy, and Down syndrome.

As a Support Worker, your daily tasks will vary, making the role dynamic and engaging. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Monitoring, documenting, and administering medications.
  • Assisting with mobility.
  • Accompanying individuals to various activities such as bowling, swimming, horse riding, sensory room visits, cinema outings, and day trips.
