In this position, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering tailored care services to individuals with intricate health requirements, ensuring that all needs are addressed with the utmost quality and compassion.

Our facilities provide a warm and supportive environment for individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as complex health and mobility challenges.

As a Support Professional, you will experience a dynamic workday, which makes this role both rewarding and engaging. Your responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the individuals you support, including:

  • Providing personal care.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Monitoring, documenting, and administering medications.
  • Assisting with mobility.
  • Accompanying individuals to various activities such as bowling, swimming, and outings.
