Your Daily Responsibilities

At the heart of our organization is the goal of improving the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, guided by teamwork, empathy, and respect. Each day presents its own set of experiences; some days may be calm while others may require quick thinking and adaptability. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Encouraging social interactions and participation in community events, fostering personal interests.
  • Providing essential physical assistance, including help with household chores and personal hygiene.
  • Supporting the development of life skills, such as budgeting and shopping.
  • Implementing personalized support plans tailored to individual needs.

No Prior Experience Required - we offer COMPREHENSIVE training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel as a Support Worker. While we can teach practical skills, we value qualities such as kindness, compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference, which are essential for this role.

Please note that it is a criminal offense for individuals barred from working in Regulated Activity to apply for positions that involve unsupervised work with vulnerable groups.
