About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage Socialisation and Community Involvement: Support individuals to participate in social activities, hobbies, and community events, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and Implement Support Plans: Work with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Provide Emotional Support and Empathy: Offer emotional support and empathy to individuals, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
