Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Associate to work within our cardiology and surgery departments. If you are a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC or an apprentice about to qualify, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse, focusing on promoting health and independence.
  • Have attitudes and behaviors in line with Trust values.
  • Be an accountable professional.
  • Work as part of a clinical team delivering care focusing on individual needs.
  • Carry out specific clinical and care tasks under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Work independently when necessary, delivering care according to the individual's plan, accessing advice when needed.
  • Be flexible in approach to the clinical area, providing cover as required.
