Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Associate to work within our Cardiology and Surgery department at Harefield Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Main Duties

  • Assist the registered nurse with ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, providing person-centered care and promoting health and independence.
  • Prioritize workload according to changing clinical needs and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure patient needs are met to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain excellent clinical standards of nursing practice and act as a patient advocate.
