About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Barnstaple. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Offer expert advice on shoe care and accessories, helping customers find the perfect products to complement their needs
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets, achieving KPIs and contributing to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive store environment
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer care environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and weekdays
  • Self-awareness, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility for personal development
