Client Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee our Cabin Services operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Compensation:
£46,821 per annum
Contracted for 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days
Shift Patterns:
Shifts scheduled between 05:00 and 23:00
Employment Type:
Permanent or Temp to Perm options available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team to deliver cleaning services for aircraft on both short-haul and long-haul flights.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day challenges and driving performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations into operational reports and complaints, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and equipment necessary for operations.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the airline or related industry.
- Strong communication skills coupled with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while driving contract growth and service expansion.
