Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and conduct fact-finding to determine potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide quotations and support sales campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of sales campaigns and strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an outbound telesales role with a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proactive and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
