Job Description

We are seeking caring, empathetic, and warm-hearted individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional, you will provide companionship and support to older adults in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities and hobbies that bring them joy
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability to work evenings and alternate weekends
  • No uniforms required - we value our Care Professionals as individuals
  • Introduction to clients before starting support
  • Minimum 1-hour visits
Qualifications:
  • Driving license and reliable transport with valid insurance, tax, and MOT
  • Right to work in the UK
