An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career. The organization is a prominent main contractor recognized for executing intricate civil engineering projects throughout the UK. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the expanding team in West London, playing a crucial role in propelling project success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee MEP Cost Management: Direct all activities related to MEP cost planning, estimation, and management.
- Budget and Contract Management: Ensure projects adhere to financial constraints, negotiate contracts, and supervise subcontractors.
- Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks linked to MEP elements.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work in tandem with project managers, engineers, and various stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate precise financial reports and maintain thorough project records.
