About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as Chief Commercial Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, driving business growth, and leading our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations and evaluate team performance regularly. Recruit and onboard your team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, website, etc.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in the industry.
