We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's property services division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the required quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters to the project team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
