Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to students with special educational needs
- Assist teachers in the classroom and with lesson planning
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure student success
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
