About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Principal to join our team at Walker Hamill. As a key member of our family office, you will play a critical role in supporting and influencing across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and influence across all areas of the business, including strategic, operational, financial, people, and governance matters.
  • Work closely with the portfolio company executive management team to ensure routine and ad-hoc initiatives are progressed, monitored, and properly reported.
  • Provide strong business judgement, including the ability to prepare and draw conclusions from data and commercial and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background and high degree of numeracy.
  • Exceptional track record in your career to date, with experience in investment banking, luxury goods, or private equity.
  • German language capability is essential.
  • Ability to travel to Germany on a regular basis.
