German Speaking Operating Principal, Family Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German speaking Operating Principal to join our client's Family Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and influencing the management team of a luxury goods portfolio company, ensuring the oversight of strategic, operational, financial, people, and governance matters across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and influence the management team of a luxury goods portfolio company
- Oversight of strategic, operational, financial, people, and governance matters across the company
- Work closely with the portfolio company executive management team to ensure routine and ad-hoc initiatives are progressed, monitored, and properly reported
Requirements:
- Strong academic background and high degree of numeracy
- Exceptional track record in your career to date, preferably in a leading investment bank or luxury goods company
- German language capability
- Strong business judgement, including the ability to prepare and draw conclusions from data and commercial and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, gravitas, presence, and credibility necessary to command the attention and respect of the portfolio business management team
