German Speaking Operating Principal, Family Office

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German speaking Operating Principal to join our client, a leading European Family Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and influencing across all areas of the business, including strategic, operational, financial, people, and governance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Support the portfolio company executive management team in ensuring routine and ad-hoc initiatives are progressed, monitored, and properly reported.
- Oversee strategic, operational, financial, people, and governance matters across the company.
- Work closely with management teams to achieve substantial capital gains for investors.
- Prepare and draw conclusions from data and commercial and financial analysis.
- Strong academic background and high degree of numeracy.
- Exceptional track record in a career that may have commenced with a leading investment bank in M&A or gained extensive financial experience in a strategic role with a leading luxury goods company.
- Prior experience in a hands-on general management role in a smaller, more entrepreneurial company, possibly with a founder still involved, combined with a strong financial background.
- German language capability.
- Strong business judgement and ability to prepare and draw conclusions from data and commercial and financial analysis.
