Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract until July 2025. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring seamless execution of all recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a 'can-do' attitude. As a team player, you will enjoy a varied and dynamic role, working closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate job postings across various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate publication.
  • Support Hiring Managers in screening and managing applications, utilizing pre-defined criteria.
  • Conduct first-stage interviews and schedule interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Utilize InDesign software to create and edit job descriptions and brochures, maintaining a professional and engaging visual appeal.
  • Support the interview process, conducting safeguarding interviews, RTW checks, and assessing employment history.
  • Manage the internal vacancy tracker, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Utilize the internal ATS system, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Manage offers to successful candidates, generating offer letters and relevant paperwork for pre-employment checks.
  • Assist the HR team in onboarding new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Support the wider HR team on various HR tasks, demonstrating a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role, juggling competing priorities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An interest in the use of technology in recruitment, including LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with editing software, particularly InDesign, is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR team is highly advantageous.
