Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our recruitment team in delivering exceptional candidate experiences and ensuring effective hiring manager support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place job adverts accurately and in a timely manner using various channels, including Careers site, Online Job Boards, local media, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize InDesign software to create and edit job descriptions and brochures.
  • Ensure all information in the internal ATS system is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the HR Team in onboarding new joiners and assist with various HR tasks.
  • Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • An interest in the use of technology in recruitment, including LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is desirable.
  • Familiarity with editing software, particularly InDesign, would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR team would be highly advantageous.
