Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for new business development and account management, working closely with our valued customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business leads and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Attend pre-arranged telesales appointments and present our services to potential clients
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with our valued customers
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Accurately complete administration tasks associated with a field sales role
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a basic salary of £28,500, bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, a tablet computer, mobile phone, and a company pension. Our comprehensive training program includes an initial induction course, followed by ongoing support and mentoring in the field.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong sales, prospecting, presentation, and communication skills. A full driving license is essential. Field sales experience is helpful but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
