Position Overview: Lead Proposal Writer

We invite applications for the role of Lead Proposal Writer within our People and Operations Practice. As a Lead Proposal Writer, your duties will encompass:

  • Leading or contributing to the creation of proposals and presentations
  • Assessing requirements and identifying critical themes
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure bid responses meet client expectations
  • Maintaining consistency and quality across all submissions
  • Engaging with Subject Matter Experts to resolve technical inquiries
  • Monitoring bid progress and assessing associated risks and benefits
  • Evaluating bid opportunities in line with company standards
  • Participating in bid strategy discussions and fostering stakeholder relationships
  • Representing the organization at pre-bid meetings
  • Essential skills include:
