Proposal Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our Complex Chemicals Division. As a trusted supplier, manufacturer, and partner to the pharmaceutical, life science, and diagnostic industries, we have facilities on three continents and a rapid global distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality proposals for our customers, collaborating with commercial teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and industry standards.
  • Estimate project costs for new project RFPs, resupply batches, and change orders by working with site technical leads.
  • Create professional proposals summarizing pricing strategy and technical approach for each project.
  • Enable proposal approval process from initial technical review to final leadership approval of project strategy and cost structure.
  • Perform workflows in Biosynth CRM relating to proposal and quotation management.
  • Review results of completed projects with management to ensure ongoing costing structure in proposals is accurate and profitable.
Requirements:
  • PhD or MSc in organic chemistry.
  • Scientific/technical/chemical writing experience, ideally for a CDMO or Pharmaceutical company or similar.
  • High proficiency in English writing skills.
