We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our Operations department in Marlow. As a key member of our Customer Service Business to Business team, you will be responsible for working with customers to resolve enquiries and provide exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to manage all customer orders, process complex orders via SAP, and maintain customer databases. You will also be responsible for handling and responding to customer enquiries, providing pricing and delivery information, and escalating complex customer complaints to the right stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with customers via telephone, electronically, or face to face
  • Manage all customer orders and process complex orders via SAP
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries and provide pricing and delivery information
  • Escalate complex customer complaints to the right stakeholders
  • Maintain customer databases and pricing information
  • Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Log details of enquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience across a range of business sectors
  • Excellent data entry, typing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
