About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Innovation Hub in the UK. As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation strategy and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Digital Innovation Hub UK, driving innovation and growth by connecting with regional and local business units.
  • Implement digital partnering processes, bringing new ideas and solutions to the forefront.
  • Work within a global network of hubs to scale successful solutions and drive digital transformation.
  • Position the Digital Innovation Hub in the UK and other Northwest digital health ecosystem and act as a strategic sounding board for our global ecosystem integration objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading innovation initiatives and driving digital transformation within the pharmaceutical industry/Medtech.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Understanding of the general digital health ecosystem and ability to navigate.
  • Understanding of business challenges and constraints, with experience in working with regional and local business units.
