About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Innovation Hub in the UK. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our digital partnering capability and implementing new technologies and ideas in collaboration with our extended digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Digital Innovation Hub UK, driving innovation and growth by connecting with regional and local business units.
- Implement digital partnering processes, bringing new ideas and solutions to the forefront.
- Work within a global network of hubs to scale successful solutions and drive digital transformation.
- Position the Digital Innovation Hub in the UK and other Northwest digital health ecosystem and act as a strategic sounding board for our global ecosystem integration objectives.
- Curate information, distil insights, and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization, serving as a trusted advisor well-versed in business challenges and limitations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading innovation initiatives and driving digital transformation within the pharmaceutical industry or Medtech.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Understanding of the general digital health ecosystem and ability to navigate.
- Understanding of business challenges and constraints, with experience in working with regional and local business units.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing opportunities and threats within emerging technologies.
- Experience in developing relationships and working on high-profile cross-functional and multinational initiatives.
