We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Hub Lead to join our team at Zenith International. As a key member of our Essity account team, you will be responsible for leading the digital activation efforts across 25+ markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital channel strategies, plans, and activations across social, search, programmatic, and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital reporting, ad technology, and governance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead large digital activation teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence Lead to drive best practices and leverage valuable learnings across the Essity account.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in digital channel strategy, planning, and activation, with a strong understanding of social, search, programmatic, and e-commerce channels.
  • Proven track record of leading large digital activation teams and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
