This role is ideal for a finance professional with legal experience or an accounts clerk looking for a career advancement opportunity.

The successful candidate will provide support to the legal cashier team, handling client cash and transactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

The Cashroom Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Inputting and processing data accurately and promptly onto the firm's invoicing system
  • Reconciling and replicating data across systems as necessary
  • Liaising with fee-earners regarding transactions
  • Using online banking systems for processing payments
  • Providing audit evidence and ensuring compliance with Law Society rules for client funds
  • Working as part of the team, supporting and advising as required
