Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team at Assembly - Global. As a key member of our affiliate department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our affiliate activities and delivering results that satisfy our clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of UK and international affiliate programmes, including managing programmes through network partners and instructing account managers.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term planning and strategy to achieve client objectives.
- Assist with new business proposals and pitches, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and goals.
- Work closely with the affiliate networks and affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns and support promotions and new product launches.
- Monitor and report affiliate promotions back to the client, providing regular updates on campaign performance.
- Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- At least 2 years of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network, or agency side.
- Organized and efficient approach to work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret client briefs and clearly communicate details of partnerships, promotions, and campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, publishers, and business partners.
- Experience with affiliate platforms and technologies, such as Awin, CJ, Partnerize, and Impact.
