Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the affiliate program and strategy for assigned markets.
- Manage and optimize affiliate relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy affiliate marketing materials and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, competitor propositions, and industry trends to ensure effectiveness and profitability of the channel.
- Ensure all affiliate traffic is correctly tagged, tracked, and reported on.
- Deliver weekly progress, commission, and activity reports for all affiliate partners.
- Experience in affiliation for a gambling operator is a must.
- Great negotiating skills, time management, and performance orientation.
- Greek native speaker – Mandatory.
- Experience with SEO outreach – Helpful.
- Hybrid working [3 days in office/2 days remote].
- Work from abroad up to 4 weeks/year.
