Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our Health Visiting service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting families with children aged zero to five, providing expert care and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to antenatal and postnatal care programs, ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and babies.
  • Complete HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding, prioritizing the safety and protection of vulnerable individuals.
  • Support the supervision and development of colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Undertake a range of clinical and non-clinical interventions, utilizing your expertise to drive positive change and outcomes for families and the service.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing your knowledge and experience to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.
